As a pendant to the complex arrangements of his LP, Martin wanted to capture the essence of some
of his compositions in an intimate setting and retreated to „The Treehouse“, a Studio nestled in
native woodlands close to Glendalaugh Natural Reserve, Ireland.
Another source of inspiration was the piano itself - an over a hundred year old
August Foerster, soled by the great Carsten Schulz (O.Arnalds, N.Frahm).
These prerequisites literally set the tone for an intimate, magical recording, a cosy and safe space for

In Oktober Martin invited to an exclusive concert evening at Bonello Studio Berlin and assembled a wonderful group of musicians to perform Martins music and showcase the Album, live, in full length and for the very first time.

Last year I had the honor of composing the score for Phillip Mickenbecker - REAL LIFE by Emmy Award Winner Lukas Augustin. The movie is about the last months in the extraordinary life of Real-Life-Guys Member Phillip Mickenbecker.
This is Martins most "ambient" work to date as a result of wanting to open a Spiritual Meta-Level instead of just composing obvious "sad music".
